Chloé de Bailliencourt has always loved drawing and making clothes, especially sweaters that do not itch! Fashion is a passion, a second nature, which has run in her family for generations, but still, she could not imagine herself working one day in this field.
She started working for Petit Boy and Contre Vents et Marées (2 French brands) and after these 2 great experiences, Chloé decided in 2005 to create her own label for children: Arsène et les Pipelettes. (Arsène is a boy’s name in French and Pipelettes is a nickname for girls who talk too much).
Just like its creator, Arsène et les Pipelettes conveys contagious humour and spirit and a charming insolence. The brand revolves around the world of a shy boy (Arsène) who plays tough with the tattletales who just love whirling skirts.
Clara de Paris can attest that Arsène et les Pipelettes sweaters do not itch!
